The Seattle Arts Ecology is an exploration of the diverse and interconnected communities of artists, arts organizations, arts patrons, and arts supporters in Seattle. Who is out there? What are they doing? What is important to them? What inspires them? How do they survive? We will begin by delving into the immediate community of Cornish artists and move outward into the city at large, developing an understanding of the way artists work and live in this city and how their worlds overlap.

Blake, another Cornish student (Sam), and myself were all fortunate enough to go to the opening of the Sculpture park last Saturday. It was beautiful. Sadly enough I didn't realize until halfway there that I had left my camera at home. This led to further disappointment throughout my day, I felt quite deprived:(. On a happier note this just means I will have to come back, for I am sure there are many areas yet to be unveiled/discovered/seen by me (or yet to be fully appreciated.) -plus it was a bit crowded being the opening and all.
-I recommend it:)
